ZLATA LISOVA

Zlata Lisova (@varjonka) is a fashion photographer with a profound passion for capturing the human essence within the world of fashion. Originally from Ukraine, she moved to Paris due to the war, forced to start over with nothing. Yet, with an unshakable vision and the support of kind souls around her, she rebuilt her life from the ground up.
To Zlata, fashion is more than an industry—it is an art form, “the art of fabric on the human body.” Drawn above all to people, she seeks to document both grand and intimate moments: fleeting expressions, the texture of fabrics, and the raw emotions hidden behind the glamour. Whether working in bold, vivid colors or deep, nuanced black and white, her focus is always on the details.
Her exhibition, Les Coulisses, offers an intimate glimpse behind the scenes of Paris fashion shows. It reveals the unpolished reality—the exhaustion, the quiet preparation, the deep concentration of models before they step onto the runway. With a documentary-like approach, Zlata ensures her presence remains invisible, allowing authenticity to take center stage.
For Zlata, growth is constant—both personally and professionally. The photographs in this exhibition may capture fleeting moments for some, but for her, they mark a new chapter in her journey.
